Life Garland, Executive Producer/Director/Editor
Life Garland is an award winning American Film Director and Editor.

After graduating from High School he moved out to Hollywood and landed a job as a Production Assistant. Garland worked his way up through the ranks at the prestigious production company, Propaganda Films, working under such A-list Hollywood directors as David Fincher, Antoine Fuqua and Michael Bay to name a few. Passionate about filmmaking, Life insisted on learning every aspect of the process. Eventually, he took a very strong interest in Post-Production.

This lead to the inception of RainySky Films.  In what seemed like no time at all, he earned a reputation as a first rate Editor, gaining the trust of some of the most influential names in the business. Ultimately, he won Best-Editing for DMX’s “Who We Be”, directed by Joseph Kahn. This transitioned him to director which garnered him awards and nominations for some of the biggest music videos in pop culture like, Lil Jon “Get Low”, Lil Wayne, “Go Dj” and Chamillionaire, “Ridin Dirty”.

Life went on to direct 3 short films, Fall From Grace, a cautionary tale which was winner of the Red Cinema Short Challenge, Sunset Dreams, a fast paced dramedy and Linked, a thriller, that caught the eye of super producer and owner of Radar Pictures, Ted Field. Most recently, Life finished writing Zion, a feature film based on his true life story seen through the lens of his twelve year old self.
